At Sports Cards of New England, we understand that prompt and safe delivery of your collectibles is essential. We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your cards and items arrive in perfect condition.

Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (Continental US)

Flat rate $24.99 per order

International

Available to select countries; rates calculated at checkout

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)

Available to all US addresses • Free on orders over $40 • Includes tracking number • Delivered via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground

Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days)

Available for continental US • $12.99 flat rate • Includes signature confirmation on high-value items

Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day)

Available for select ZIP codes • $24.99 flat rate • Requires order placed before 2 PM EST

Packaging Standards

Trading card orders: Top loaders, sleeves, and bubble mailers (#0) • Sealed boxes: Double-boxed with protective padding • Valuable items ($500+): Signature required upon delivery • Insurance: Available for high-value orders (additional cost)

Processing & Handling

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship the following Monday. We do not ship on holidays.

Damaged or Lost Packages

1. Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage 2. Do not discard packaging or contents 3. We will investigate with the carrier 4. Replacement or refund issued upon investigation completion

Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We stand behind every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility

Items Eligible for Return

Sealed products in original, unopened condition • Items received within 30 days of delivery date • Items with no visible damage or tampering • Items purchased directly from Sports Cards of New England

Items NOT Eligible for Return

Opened or unsealed trading card boxes or packs • Individual cards or loose cards • Items purchased from third-party sellers • Clearance or final sale items • Items more than 30 days old

Return Process (4 Steps)

Step 1: Request Return Authorization

Email info@sportscardsofne.com with your order number • Include reason for return • Provide photos of item in sealed/original condition if requested • We will respond within 24 business hours

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

We'll provide a return shipping label • Instructions on how to package and ship the item back

Step 3: Ship Item Back

Use provided return shipping label • Keep tracking number for your records • Item must be received within 14 days of label issuance

Step 4: Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection, we process refunds within 5-7 business days • Refunds issued to original payment method • Return shipping is free

Exchange Policy

If you'd prefer to exchange for another product of equal or greater value: No restocking fee applies • We cover return shipping to us • You pay for outbound shipping (or it's free if order total exceeds $40) • Processing time: 5-7 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item: 1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery 2. Provide photos of damage 3. Do not discard packaging or contents 4. We will issue a replacement or full refund at no cost to you • Damaged items are our responsibility — you don't pay for shipping
